  • Other architectural jobs that I constructed: 2 residential houses— $200,000.00 range, (3) 4500 sq. ft. triplexes—$150,000.00 each, and 18 residential remodels ranging in price from $25,000.00 to $85,000.00
  • I functioned as bookkeeper, accountant, estimator, and designer/draftsman.

Guitarist, pianist and singer. Performed with Yavapai College Choir Mozart's Requiem at Carnegie Hall, New York, New York, two seasons with the Arizona Jamboree, Prescott, Arizona, and in the orchestra with the Prescott Fine Arts Association, Prescott, Arizona—"Man of La Mancha," "A Chorus Line," “Quilters,” and “Little Shop of Horrors.” Night club acts performing solo and with numerous duos, trios and bands playing and arranging folk, blues, rock and country music. Acting credits with the Prescott Fine Arts Association include Freddie in "My Fair Lady", bottle dancer in "Fiddler on the Roof", young Joe Hardy in “Damn Yankees,” Valentino in "Twelfth Night, Schroeder in “You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown,” and numerous other musical roles, 1984-2002.
